As a condition of using this website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and your acknowledgement that you are bound by these Terms. Care has been taken in making this website; however, no responsibility can be taken for errors and/or omissions. Prices and details are subject to change without prior notice. Prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

Definitions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: “The Company” means Pavithra.LK . The “Customer” means the customer of the company who used this website to online purchase items/goods. Any other mode of purchase is not considered as a sale of pavithra.lk such as physical shop purchases, ordering via social media accounts.

Payment

Payments process will be handled by secure servers of the internet payment gateway provider’s. We do not interfere or keep any payment credentials. Your transactions are secured with IPG provider. Payment will be pre-authorized before dispatching the goods from Pavithra LK warehouses . No goods shall be supplied without payment.

Stocks & Dispatch Procedure

Items ordered that are in stock shall be dispatched within two business days of the order being placed.

Pavithra LK keep stocks in our warehouses and sometimes your order maybe placed in a queue due to uncontrollable things such as covid-19 restrictions, social and political issues and weather. We shall inform you if this is the case and when you can expect delivery.

Claims

Claims arising from damage, or partial loss of the goods in delivery must be made in writing to Pavithra LK within 1 days of delivery. Pavithra LK shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made here-under, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing and verbally by Pavithra LK, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to Pavithra LK examination.

Returns Accepted Can Be;

• Exchanged for any other product of equal value or Higher value having paid the difference via bank transfer. You will be able to request for exchange item from the team in that scenario.
• Cash Refunds will not be provided as per the company’s policy, and any such requests will only be considered upon review by the management. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Refund & Cancellation

At Pavithra LK, if the customer changes his/her mind once the order has been made, customer should contact us within 2 hours via direct call & requested in writing via email from his/her order placed email account for verification as well.

We will not be able to cancel the order if the items has been dispatch from our warehouses already. In such scenario customer will have to pay for the return delivery fee for the courier charge. Refund will take about 5 business days due to clearance reasons & shipping fees will be considered as handling fees and it will not refunded. If the package already dispatched from the warehouses, refund process only starts after we received it back to the warehouses without any damage. The package should be on original condition without opened.
