I entered wrong address / item and paid for it. What should I do?
If you noticed you have entered wrong address or paid for a wrong item and paid for it, Please call us immediately via +94 71 644 9494 and additionally drop and SMS and/or email to info@pavithra.lk with the order ID, your name and with the correct details. We will help you as long as we have not dispatched the item from our warehouse.
How long will my order take to arrive?
That is of course depend on the distance and the size of the package due to the transportation challenges of delivery team. We usually dispatch your order securely packed within 2 business days. In usual cases it takes only 3 business days maximum for most of the metropolitan areas such as Kandy, Galle, Kurunegala. Please bear with us if your order got delayed due to uncontrollable things like covid-19 restrictions, social and political issues and weather.
How much is for the delivery?
Delivery cost is based on the products you purchased and the distance. We have optimized our delivery cost calculating algorithm to calculate it based on the weight and the distance. Therefore you. the customer will benefited from it.
How can I know where my package is?
We do reputed courier service to deliver our times for years now. We will provide you with tracking number once the courier picked it up.
From where you do deliver?
We do delivery either from our warehouses or from the workshop it self. All are located in the heart of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
To where do you delivery the items?
At pavithra.lk we do delivery island wide Sri Lanka for the best cheapest price we shall provide the customer. As long as you have a valid and accessible address. 🙂
